I have made a rubber stamp in photoshop putting all the noise effect in it which makes it seem like a real stamp on screen. But when i take a printout on paper it seems like again a printout with well defined edges and dull ink quality and nowhere is seems like stamped. I am using a basic hp inkjet printer.

The 109th Republican Congress never saw one veto. Their spending put us in the position we are in now. The Democratic Congress reinstated Pay as You Go so they have to fund their programs rather than borrow for them.
